I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, where the rooms were spacious and the amenities were top-notch. The location was just perfect, easily accessible to the city center and nearby attractions. However, the service experience varied significantly, with some staff being notably inexperienced and others excellent. Overall, it was good value for money, but there's room for improvement in the service area.

The rooms were spacious with a huge king-size bed, and I really appreciated the nice toiletries from l'Occitane en Provence. It was a comfortable stay.

Service was a mixed bag; some staff members were excellent, especially Andy, but there were times when I encountered some unfriendly and inexperienced receptionists.

The location couldn't be better, right in the city center and just behind Stephen's Green Shopping Centre. It made exploring Dublin so easy.
